1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order number) is required.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.
